Samsung SGH D307 Help

I currently have a Samsung SGH D307 and it is unlocked for tmobile. I can make calls, text, and do the other standard options with it, but I cannot get pic or video messages, or surf the internet? Is there a network setting I need to enable for it work? BTW, i do have internet and pic& video service wit tmobile. Thanks

You need to call TMobile and ask them to send you the Web Session packets. When you phone receives the info it will configure itself.

i was on the phone for a while trying to configure everything, but the only thing we got working was my internet and tzones. They had no way of knowing how to get my instant messaging settings nor pic/text/video messages working, any idea?

Go to the link below and follow the instructions.

Select the second option on page two to set up your picture messaging.
