i need help with music player

hi..

i have a samsung e570. it says on the manual i can use other phone features while still listening to music. however, i can't go back to the main menu while in music player without stopping the music.

there's only the 'options' and 'back' when in music player.

i just want to read and sent text messages with the music playing.

Unfortunately current phones are unable to use multiple features at the same time because the processor is not powerful enough and there is a very limited amount of RAM.

It may be inconvenient, but more powerful processors kill you battery faster and battery life is very important to cell phone users. Would you want to be recharging your phone every two days?

oh so it's not possible? other phones can do it, i'm quite disappointed with samsung with this matter. but aside from that, the phone is excellent!

Try going to options and seeing what u can pick, just to give it a shot.

Or text ur phone and then see if u can reply without stopping the music.

thanks for the advice but naw..there's no option. i need to close the music player before i can do anything else.

and here's another, everytime i receive text messages, the player stops and says "unsupported file".

i hope anyone knows how to resolve this. is it something about the sound settings, I'm not sure.
