    When I transfer songs onto the upstage the artist of the song does not appear, so I cannot sort my songs by the artist. It becomes a pain when you have 300+ songs. All the songs were in the Sprint Music Manager and they all had the title, artist, and album title. But like I said, once I transfered to my phone the artist became "unknown".

    Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong/how to fix this? I spent an hour on the phone with sprint tech support. Sprint tech support even called samsung tech support and we had a 3-way call going. They had no answer whatsoever.
