This is the first time this problem has happened, so I'm not sure what to do. When I try to send a picture message to somebody, it says "out of resource"
Can somebody tell me what's wrong, and how to fix it?
Your carrier may require you to add the picture messaging and/or mobile browser features to your plan, or you might be out of minutes/bandwidth for mobile browser.
