Samsung a930 Shuts Off During Music Transfer?

I have a Samsung a930 phone, and I have been trying to sync music from my computer to the phone all morning. I have a feeling it shouldn't be taking this long because the phone keeps shutting off during transfers. The battery is at full power (though I pulled the phone in while transferring to see if that would help. It didn't.)

Sometimes, I was lucky enough to get in three or four song transfers before it shut off (and thus, lost the connection.) But lately, I can't even get through one complete song transfer without it shutting off. What's wrong?

I have a 1 GB mircoSD card inside the phone. This is where I'm storing the music from my PC. Could this be the problem?

This is exactly where I am stuck too, but from the looks of google and the lack of posts here it looks like no one knows what to do. any help at all is appreciated!
