Samsung SCH-u520

Hey, I have a Samsung SCH-u520 with U.S. Cellular.
What I would like to know:

1)Any places to get free ringtones?
2)Can I get a ringtone without accessing easyEdge?
3)Can I buy one at a cell phone store?
4)And lastly, if I upload an mp3 to my phone can I set it as the ringtone?
