"Not available bearer" error

I've recently come across an issue with my Samsung t619 (T-Mobile). I try to send pictures via picture messaging and after a while it gives me an error message, "Not available bearer."
I've been using the phone for picture messaging for a while, so I do indeed have picture messaging capabilities.. at least until now
This is frustrating, so does anyone have a solution?
