samsung sch-u740 need a converter please help!!

what i am looking for is a converter to put movies on the phone. what does every body use i used 3gp converter but it does not seem to work it keeps comming up no video found any one no if i need to change a phone setting or am i just doing something wrong thanks for any help

I wouldn't mind knowing this as well. This program would work with any newer verizon phone really.
