Hi everyone, I recently got a Samsung U-420(nimbus) on Alltel prepaid service, and tonight while i was in wal-mart, it slid through a hole in my pocket and hit the floor, now nothing shows up but a white screen, the phone still works, just the screen is white and I can't see anything. I was just wondering if there was anything I could do, like reset it or something? this phone is brand new, and it hardly hit the ground, and I've had many phones before this that have been through much worse punishment, so I don't see how it could have done this, but anyway, thanks for any help.
