Moving Text Messages in Bulk

Hi everyone. I tried to search for this, but came up with nothing, so sorry if this as been asked before.

I have a Samsung SGH-C417. It has a limit of 200 texts stored on it at any one time. This has been hard to keep empty lately because I have a lot of old ones I'd like to keep (sentimental fool, I know).

I found the "delete all" button, and I know how to forward individual texts to my email. Is there some way to forward all of them at one to my email so I could then delete them?

If I could do something similar with other media on the phone (like pictures and sound recordings) that would be helpful too, but it's much less of a big deal.
