driver help

I have a samsung a920 and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to access the files using QPST and a Vista computer?
I was able to access then with XP so I know my SPC.
When I plug my phone in all I get is a message saying that my modem is ready to use and when I open QPST it does not show my phone.
Can anyone help?
