Problem with U740

Has anyone else had issues with this phone getting hot while charging? The screen and keypad stays lite during charging and the keys a burning spots into the screen. Also, the phone resets sometimes when doing something with the phone.

Does anyone have any idea what verizon's policy is on allowing the customer to change to a different phone. This will be the 2nd time (third phone) if I take it up to verizon to have them change it under manufacture warranty.

Verizon's policy is that you need to be going INTO the third swap within 90 days to go to a diffrent phone. The thing is that you have no choice as to what phone you get in exchange. And, if i remember forrectly the swap for the 740 is a Mot K1M
