Samsung U700 Software problem

Hi there, I recently just bought a U700. When I turned it on, the 3G software was "Maxis 3G". Now, there are some issues I'm having..

-There is no option for Vibrate
-Where are the touch sensitive keys?

I read in the manual and it said that in order to configure Vibrate and Touch Sensitive I have to have the proper "software". Now this is where the real problem comes in. How can I get Vibrate and the Touch sens? It's not an absolute major deal, but I would like to know how I could get access to these features. Because I cannot find the settings on my phone.

Can anyone care to help me out?
