Need help with sd card for samsung r500!

I have been trying all day to get this card thing to work. I put music on my sd card and then put it in my phone and it does not read anything..then when I put it back in the computer, Its like there was never anything on it. help me please.

Did you format the card in the phone first? You need to let the phone format the card before you try to use it.

Ok i have formatted my card and spent a bunch of time converting my WMA files to MP3's on Windows media player but my phone will still not recognize the music files on my card. Please help.

Opps I click a wrong button sorry but whatever, anyways. My best option is to download a song that is already mp3 from the internet. Like from Playlist dot com. You might have to download Itunes. That's the better way to play any music anyways. Go to apple dot com download Itunes/quicktime it's free. Then download the song from playlist dot com. Then make sure Itunes is the Default media player whatever and then try adding that one song onto the microSD card see if that works. I just find WMP to be unreliable hope it works good luck.
