M510 and Bluetooth

I tried to send a picture from my wife's new M510 to my Palm TREO 700p but failed even though the M510 saw the 700p.

I was able to send a piuc from the 700p to the M510.

How do I troubleshoot this?

I've been trying to figure out this problem for about 3 years now.
I noticed that MOST sprint phones cant transfer apps via bluetooth, but my treo 755 does send them to FEW sprint phones, but can NEVER receive them.
My 755 does send and receive apps fine with different carriers, like cingular and tmobile. But Sprint is just anal about it.
