A640

Anyone have one of these? I just picked one up for my wife who isn't really into all of the features most cell phones have and probably will barely use it. How reliable is this phone and how good of a reception?
How does it stack up against other phones of similar price (i.e free basically)?

I have an A640 for work. The phone is about 1 year old. All in all it is a good phone. Reception is good for Sprint....

Occasionally my phone has turned itself off and I can't figure out why. I turn it back on, and there is plenty of battery power left so I know it didn't powerdon because of that. I am now having some problems sending and receiving contacts over Bluetooth.
