u740 music id tags

i just bought a 1 gig microsd card for my u740 and i threw some music in the my_music folder (mp3's). The phone recognizes them and they play fine but some of the songs have question marks in front of the title/author/album (i.e. ?Parkway Drive - ?Idols and Anchors). I am pretty sure they all have the same type of ID tags. Does anyone know what is causing this to happen?

try re-naming the files on your computer and transfer them again

I am really sorry for posting this here, but I was wondering if you could help me. I did the exact same thing for my phone, with the memory and stuff. But my phone doesn't recognize them. It doesn't show they're even on the card. Do I need to change the format for the music? And how?
