Hi hope someone can help, when I turn my ph on i get the samsung SGH Z500V screen with the coloured bubbles, the next screen that shows is kind of light blue with lines of small bits of colour through it, looks to me like the screen won't load kind of thing, but it flashes on that screen for a second then restarts back to the samsung screen and constantly does that. You can't turn it off with the off key, have to remove battery to stop it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's my favourite ph and I'd dearly love to get it up and running again.
