Is the Samsung Beat sold at T-Mobile Retailers or Just online?

I was told from an acquaintance that she had gotten one at a T-Mobile store.

Also, can you tell me any information concerning the price?
I was told from some that the phone was around 50 dollars, and my colleague had mentioned getting the phone for free in a family package. However, this site says the phone is almost 200 dollars, though I take that for a grain of salt considering all the review sites are mentioning a very cheap price.
