flashing new samsungs that work off the cdma 1700 aws band

Hi everyone,

Looking for anyone that has any info on how to flash any phone that works off of the newer cdma 1700 aws band. There is two samsungs available right now that would be on my wish list to know. One is the R210 Spex, and the other is the R430 MyShot.
There is only a couple other phones available on this band. UtStarcom 7126, s4000, and a Huamei. Info on any is appreciated.
