Samsung Hue, can't access voicemail

Alright, I seem to have hit a bit of a snag with my new phone, everything is working fine with it, except I can't check my voicemail. I call the voicemail number, it asks me to input my security code, I put it in (at least, what I THINK it is), it tells me its incorrect, I checked the manual, it seems that when I first dialed the voicemail it was supposed to do a setup process, I got no such option, I tried reseting my phone through the security menu, and still nothing, any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
