i was going to call my girlfriend...hit send >emergency calls only<

i found out that my little brother took my phone last night and the next day i asked him what did he do to my phone..he told me he saw a youtube video about hacking samsung phone...by enter this code# (*#0002*28346#) and he said he forgot what he did to it.....

please anyone...help me i just want it to be normal...like before..
