retrieve phone numbers from a water damged phone

hey i need a quick soltuion to this problem but i dont think there is one, i dropped my phone in the water today, i can get a new phone because i have the insurance but i need the numbers that were in the phones memory only. The screen doesnt work and when the battery is put it, it wont stop vibrating. Is there any way that i can buy a cable or something that i can plug into my phone so that i can use my lap top as the platform running the phone??? ni have the samsung alias SCH-u740 PLEASE HELP ME QUICKLY EVEN IF IF THERE ISNT A FIX AT LEAST I NO THERE WAS NO WHAT IF

remove battery and sim card. use a can of compressed air to blow out water. Put phone in ziploc baggy with uncooked rice. If you drop it in saltwater then you must rinse phone with clean water first. This works for alot of different electronics.

there most likely is some cable and a program you can download to access your phone. go to your phone providers store and see if they where you can get a cable or if they have one that can connect to your comp. the just search on google for a program... theres a program for everything!!
