samsung a737

Hi

I have a samsung a737 and while talking on the phone for about 5 mins the battery part of the phone heats up... Does anyone else's do that?

Also the volume is all the way up to 7 and I cant hear my phone ring and its right next to me..I tried to put louder ringtones on it and tried using other settings but to no avail... Any one have any suggestions? By the way I only had my phone for 5 months!!

Call the providers CS dept. I had the same thing happen a few years back to my motorola phone and they replaced it next day. Good Luck !
