u-740 music problem?

The other day I tried to put an mp3 file on my phone, it showed up on my list when I start up my music, but when I press play, it comes up with an error message. I don't think it's the file, I've downloaded it from a couple different sources but it still won't play. Help me?

The u740 isn't intended to play music.

Go to your menu, Go to tools, Push pound, type "000000" go to MP3 and it will allow your u740 to play mp3's. I modded mine a while back so I don't remember exactly what happens. You need a MicroSD card and it will create an mp3 directory on that, then simply move your music into the MP3 folder.
