T519,phone locked

Is there anything I can do to unlock this phone!!? it is with t-mobile usa. I have tried calling t-mobile and Samsung. Nothing. I have tried rebooting it. Please email me if you can help out. I have imei # waiting. Thanks

I tryed unlocking it for use with another carrier and my phone locked.."Phone locked return for service"....

Don't even waiste your time with this phone. I have it and it sucks. It sends random texts, calls random people, and just sucks all together.

Did you manage to fix your phone yet. I have some GOOD NEWS for you. I just fixed my Tt519 today. You need these things listed below.

1. Data cable (I brought mine for $4 off ebay)
2. USB drivers (Download from Samsung website)
3. SSS_v1.11.exe

Install the USB drivers - connect your phone and let it find all the drivers needed - Change the USB com port to COM2 or COM3 depend on your system - run SSS_v1.11.exe check these 2 box (Stack Reset & NVM Reset select the right COM port then click Service button) and that should do it. Unplug, power on the phone connect it back again then click Unlock, done.
