Editing Phone Book and SIM entries

Greetings,

When ATT transferred my Sony phone contacts to a new Samsung a737, my entries got all messed up, (multiple entries for one contact) Sim and phone book does not match. Is there any way to easily fix this problem with online software? Samsung PC studio doesn't seem to be able to do what I want or maybe I'm not doing something correctly.
