MP3 RingTune problem in Samsung A516

Hi!
I've been using samsung A516 hand set came with Rogers package. I can't make my MP3 as ring tune. The size of the MP3 is less than 300kb still not. It says non DRM file can't be set as ring tune. So Rogers wants a monopoly in the market. Anyone faced the same problem with different model of Samsung brand? Other is the earlier models of Samsung had way better ring tune than now. Anyone could solve it yet?
