Help me unlock my samsung A707 please?

I Am Going To Be Traveling Overseas On A Student Exchange Program And Have An At&t Samsung A707 That I Want To Unlock So I Can Use A Prepaid Sim While I Am Away. My Imei Number Is 358299/01/170263/2. Please, I Have Been Searching For A Free Solution -starving Student Here- For Days. I Am Leaving On Wednesday. Help Me Pleeeeaaaasse. Thank You For Your Time And Patience.

Also when I put in another networks SIM(T-Mobile Pre-Paid) the phone says network locked and SOS.
