I have already installed "the hack" (to elimate the phone searching for the file size limit) on this phone for my daughter. My son has the exact same phone, used the same hack. I don't have this problem with my son's -- just my daughter's.

We're using the Magix Ringtone Maker software and whether we bluetooth it, or click and drag it, they won't work. They are .mp3's and her other .mp3 files work. But for some reason, on certain ones, we get a "corrupted file or unsupported format" error. I'm just glad my phone is a Blackberry Curve -- much more user friendly, imo.

Has anyone else had this problem?
