Samsung SGH-D520 can't connect to bluetooth WEP200

I have Samsung SGH-D520 for awhile. Today, I just got a bluetooth Samsung WEP200. Actived the phone bluetooth and tried to connect but the phone couldn't search the new device

Menu---file---bluetooth----activation.----ok then My device----but couln't find any (the WEP200 was on)

Did you have the Bluetooth headset in pairing mode? Here is the procedure:

Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns on in blue (approximately 8 seconds).
Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone’s guide. Typically, the steps involve going to a ‘Setup’, ‘Connect’, or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices.

Your phone will find the Samsung WEP200 headset and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the Yes or OK key.
Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then press the Yes or OK key

Thanks, I googled in and seemed there are few "dump" people like me had this "problem"

. I supposed to hold the button until the green light stays on (not litting).
