Samsung G800 help - video has no audio

Hello,
I have a Samsung G800 phone. I recorded a video but then realized that the video has no audio file. At first I thought it was a problem only when transferred to my computer, but it doesn't work when I try to view it on the phone either. I just want to know if there is a way to recover the audio, maybe it was recorded and hidden somewhere? Or did it not record the audio at all? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If it's like a digital camera, you may have to go into your settings and activate the sound, try it .
