Help - SPH-A900 Memory Full Error

My Samsung SPH-A900 is showing that the memory is full: Total 47.3M; Used 46.7M; Available 0.6M >> this is resulting in not being able to take any pictures or movies.

I have made sure that all media has been deleted.
I reset the phone using the security menu.
I have checked the File Manager - there are no files in the DCIM, Bluetooth or Media folders (and to make sure I also erased those folders)

I had some video files on the phone - maybe the files are deleted - but still remain and take up the space??

Samsung tech support has no idea what the solution to clearing the memory is.

Anyone know how to clear the memory???

*2767*3855# the phone is supposed to restart itself. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE BATTERY while its resetting itself or else it might go DEAD on you keep the battery cover ON and type in the codes I gave you above Lemme know if it works, I'll appreciate it
