i was texting my friend on my highnote, then all of a sudden my phone froze about 5 times when i pressed space(#) after typing a word. However that problem went away then all of a sudden i noticed my personal dictionary was all erased and had only the letter g and there were 2048 of them. I turned off my phone then waited turned it back on the g's turned to s's i cant delete any of them and sometimes my phone freezes when i go to Personal Dictionary. Furthermore my phone is starting to lag when every i add a '.' in my text or multiples of one symbol i.e. Hey!!! Does any one have any clue whats the problem?
Ok well, Its been a day and now i can't text any longer. I dont know if i can receive text either. If anyone has any advice or helping information i will gladly take it.

I've had this happen to me a couple of times. The only thing I can tell you to do is go to settings>more>security>erase/reset>default settings. It will change everything back to factory settings and fix problem but you'll still have your contacts, pictures, and music.Hope that helps.
