Hi. I have just bought a D8800 which seems to work fine apart from the vibration which doesn't do much, but when I install the Samsung PC Suite on to the laptop and connect the USB it will only download images and videos from the phone under "Mass Storage". The phone has under "PC Connections". 1. Modemo. 2 Mass Storage. 3 Printer. So when I try and download contacts to Microsoft Outlook it won't sync and a box comes up saying you must select PC Suite on your device. Should I download some new fireware and if so how can I find where the fireware is on thre D8800 to see if it needs updating. Thanks for any replies in Advance.
