Hi, my brother just recently got his Samsung SGH-C417 unlocked, and now it's frozen. He asked me to help him unlock it but I'm a novice who doesn't know anything about phones. So my question is, how am I unable to un-freeze his phone? I read somewhere that the only way was to send it back to Samsung and get them to re-flash the phone or something along those lines. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance to those who take the time to reply with possible solutions.
