Can i return a new phone I'm not happy with?

Hello to all,
This is my first post here. Two weeks ago I went and changed phones from one of my providers outlet stores. I went from a Motorola to a Samsung MyShot II and am not happy at all with the phone. I knew it was on the low end of the phone chain but I wanted to see if the sound was clearer with a different brand be cause I wear hearing aids. My question is, Can I take the phone back and get a better phone being that it is only two weeks old. I sure hope so cause buying the new phone started me up with another two year contract. I live in Wisconsin and the provider is Cellcom.
