Can Samsung B3410 play MP4 videos?

I am getting 'content not supported' when I try to play converted MP4 videos on my B3410. The specs say the phone should be able to play MP4. Is anyone having the same problem? Also do you know of video player that I can download for this phone, able to play MP4 videos?

Here is what to do get videos to play.

Download one of the free video converters you can find online.

This one is good, but there are many similar ones online, there should be no need to pay for one.

Find whatever video you want to watch on the phone and click "Add Video".

Choose Profile: "Customized MP4".
Frame Size: 320x240
Video Bitrate: 256
Video Framerate: 12fps

The main reasons most fail is because people are not using Mpeg4 codec and also choosing higher FPS than the allowed 12.

Follow the above instructions and it will work like a charm
