It is the last 4 digits of your phone number. I wish they would have put this in the user manual... grrr...

The user lock code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that doesn't work, you can call your carrier's customer service and request for the code. Just make sure that you already have your phone's IMEI as the operator might ask you for it. You can retrieve your phones IMEI by typing *#06# on your keypad.
