We can get you the "defreeze" code. You can order the "samsung freeze" method here

Manufacturer's Unlock Codes

Once you receive the "freeze" code. Turn on your phone until you see the message "phone freeze sim unavailable"
Then simply enter the freeze code (you may not see anything on screen but just type it in)

It will release the screen to unlock. Then input the unlock code.
