Greetings, my phone is 5 months old and is well maintained and the touch keyboard stops working and does nothing to come back and work occasions but since yesterday has not returned to work if somebody knows what should be grateful you can help me. Thank you.

The very first thing you should have in mind is trying to reset it to factory default.

Sometimes the touch keypad and the firmware it self get sluggish.
