Text Messaging Problem

I am unable to send or receive text messages. I have called Bell, the company i am with, three times and they have promised me that they have fixed it. Everytime that I try and send a text message it tells me: Sending Failed. I am unsure of what to do, if any one has any idea of what I should do please help im getting very frustrated!

stay on the phone with the tech until a text is transmitted successfully.... or go to a repair center have the phone check, and always reboot your phone.
