Different signal strengths

Hi there,

my wife has a Samsung 360 H1 and I have a Wave. We are both with the same service provider. Her signal strength is usually very good while mine is always low. When we stand on the same spot in our home she gets 4 bars and I get 1.

Any ideas or advice would be great.

I went at a store with this problem and the guy told me that Samsung mobile phones generally have this error. It is because of the phone, it has nothing to do with the service provider.

hmm, i have the same problem

I have no issues with wave, so I can rule out hardware problem, may be it is something to do with you phone case?
