get my contacts

Hello everyone,
I have the Samsung Z230
So my problem is that key does not work when I turn it on ... I can not do anything ..
And I will like to get my contacts (numbers). A portion is saved as it is recorded in my SIM card but the other is directly stored in my laptop!

Do you know a way for me to recover some of my contacts in my phone?
