Hi,
I have a samsung s5600 unlocked to all network but the phone is frozen. No matter what sim card you put in the phone accepts the network but when you try to makea call or send a text i get the message saying either emergancy calls only or SOS only and message failed on txts.
Can any one help me pleaese!!!!!!!!
