The other day I turned my pgone off. Then when I went to turn it back on, it does the Samsung screen, then Tracfone screen, then goes black. No matter what I do it only cycles through both those screens. Is there a way to reset the phone or troubleshoot the issue? I need the pictures and numbers from it. I tried taking the battery out sim out, everything.
