    I am having trouble with my Samsung Epic 4G. When I turned it off and a while later tried to turn it back on, the phone froze on the boot-up screen which is the Samsung logo. I have tried Hard reset but still freezes at the same logo, currently I have turned on for 5 hours and no change. Please Help?

    Sounds like this is perhaps an internal issue with the motherboard or something of the nature... perhaps try to leave the battery out for a bit? Best bet will be to send it in to the manufacturer though...
