Remove Service Provider's name on my Background of Samsung Gravity

How do I delete the service provider name from my personal background photo?

Whenever I unlock my phone, the name appears in the middle of the screen 3/4 of the way to the top.

My phone is one of the first Samsung Gravity Touch phones that were out.
