    My t669 has been a pretty decent phone in general but has been a bit testy lately. The screen stopped working completely one day and now today when I restarted my phone, the keyboard is no longer responding. The phone still starts up as it normally would, but I put a lock on my phone and because of my inability to use the screen OR the keyboard, I can't access my phone at all. I wanted to know if there was any quick fix to this problem. Thanks!

    ohhh you have the major problem, the two important thing is not working.
    I suggest you to buy new one. that is a quick fix.
