alarm clock unreliable on knack

samsung 'knack'

i have to use the alarm clock function throughout the day to remind me of various tasks. lately, i have noticed that it is not as reliable as it used to be.. some times it rings on time..and sometimes it does not ring at all; so it has become unpredictable as to whether or not it will ring at the times it is set at.

is there any way to fix this?

i tried that, but alarms are still unreliable. does anyone else have any ideas?
